Northern Arizona Surgicenter is licensed for ambulatory surgery by The Arizona Department of Health Services, certified by Medicare, and accredited by AAAHC. We offer two operating rooms, spacious pre-operative and recovery facilities, and the most advanced equipment.
Owned and operated under the direction of Dr. Steve Lex and Dr. Jack Quigley, Northern Arizona Surgicenter was specially designed for the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patient. Our highly trained nurses have years of experience working in plastic surgery with Doctors Lex and Quigley. In addition, Northern Arizona Surgicenter is licensed as a multi-specialty facility, so other surgeons regularly use our Surgicenter, including specialists in general surgery, urology, gynecology, podiatry, dentistry, oral surgery, pain management and other fields.
