We offer two operating rooms, spacious pre-operative and recovery facilities, and the most advanced equipment.

Owned and operated under the direction of Dr. Steve Lex and Dr. Jack Quigley, Northern Arizona Surgicenter was specially designed for the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patient. Our highly trained nurses have years of experience working in plastic surgery with Doctors Lex and Quigley.
